Description
Apartment with lots of character renovated and decorated by a prestigious architect. You will be able to benefit from its luminosity and its calm during your stay. It has been designed with premium services to satisfy the least of your desires.
This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 2 people with a sleeping area equipped with a double bed (140x200). You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the equipment: unlimited Internet, television, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, and many others ... The flat is located on the first floor no elevator.
The cleaning costs include cleaning for your arrival and after your departure but also household linen as well as towels, soap, shampoo and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when collecting the keys.
The arrival is carried out in an autonomous way thanks to a key box. All the information to access the accommodation independently will be sent to you by message before your arrival. The flat will be available after 5pm. If you want to check in before 5pm, an extra charge of 20 euros will be asked.
We have stepped up the cleaning and disinfection of the apartment:
* Flat surfaces, door handles, switches, keys ... are disinfected.
* We purify the air using an anti-bacterial air purifier at the end of the cleaning.
* The laundry washes the laundry at over 70 °C for at least 1 hour.

- Bar and restaurants 100 meters
- Supermarket at 250 meters
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived. The cleaning fee will be charged a second time if the departure deadline is not respected.
