This apartment will charm you with its cozy atmosphere: modern decoration, very well equipped and in the heart of the Lyon.
This pretty studio is ideally located in the heart of Lyon. Quiet, it is very well equipped and ideal for a stay of two people. The apartment is located on the First floor of the building. Very quiet it consists of a beautiful living room, a flat screen TV (with international channels) and a comfortable queen size bed for two people (160x200). - a very well equipped kitchen with: a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a kettle and even a Nespresso coffee machine. - a bathroom which has also been renovated, it has a shower cabin as well as the WC. To ensure you the best comfort, I provide you with an iron, a hairdryer, and storage spaces. We also provide premium quality towels and bed sheets, a few coffee capsules and high speed WiFi is free with a fiber optic connection!
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. You will only be given one set of keys for your stay. You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
The arrival is carried out in an autonomous way thanks to a key box. All the information to access the accommodation independently will be sent to you by message before your arrival. The flat will be available after 5pm. If you want to check in before 5pm, an extra charge of 20 euros will be asked.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.
