Apartment with lots of character, renovated by a prestigious architect and fully equipped. Located close to the metro and the Parilly park, its rental will allow you to access the city center in less than 20 minutes. The apartment has a large bright living room giving access to a large garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful house, with a private indoor car park.
Housing
This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 2 people (one bedroom with a double bed. You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Bed linen and towels are fully provided. Unlimited Internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave ...
Access for travelers
Access to the entire accommodation (not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay.
We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when collecting the keys. I will welcome you there the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
You will be billed a second time for cleaning costs if the departure deadline is not respected.

Appartement très bien équipé et bien placé (transports en commun à proximité). L'appartement est propre est suffisamment spacieux. L'espace extérieur avec terrasse et jardin est idéal. Le garage couvert et fermé avec porte électrique est très pratique. A noter que l'accès principal est partagé avec un autre appartement situé au dessus.
