It is located on the ground floor and has an enclosed garden, allowing you to enjoy a little piece of greenery right in the city centre. Just 16 minutes by public transport from Perrache station, this property is served by tramway line T2, as well as buses 35 and C12 (Route de Vienne stop).
The flat
This fully renovated and equipped flat sleeps up to 4 people (one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a second bedroom with a 160x200 queen-size bed). You will have full use of the flat and will be free to use all the facilities. Bed linen and towels are fully provided. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle and microwave.
Access for travellers
Access to the entire flat (not shared with the owner).
Other notes
The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Only one set of keys will be issued for your stay.
You will be asked to show the form of identification corresponding to your booking when you collect the keys. For self-catering, we ask you to send us a photo of your ID.
Arrivals are from 5pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, early check-in is possible from 2pm, subject to availability and on request only, at an additional cost of €20.
There will be no check-in after 11pm.
On departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you fail to leave on time.
