You'll be able to enjoy its calm during your stay. It has been designed with top-of-the-range amenities to satisfy your every wish. This attractive studio is ideally located in the heart of Lyon, just a few steps from Place Bellecour. The apartment has a balcony.
It's quiet, well-equipped and ideal for a two-person stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
It comprises a beautiful living room with a comfortable new double sofa bed for two (140x190). A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, kettle and even a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom has also been refurbished, and features a shower cubicle with toilet. To ensure your comfort, I provide an iron and storage space.
We also provide premium-quality towels and bed linen, a few coffee capsules and free high-speed WiFi with a fiber-optic connection.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. In the case of an independent entry, we will ask you to send us a piece of identification.
The cleaning fee includes cleaning on arrival and after departure, as well as linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
Our arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm.
If you wish to arrive before or after 8pm and we are available, a surcharge will be applied:
Arrival between 2pm and 5pm: €20
No arrivals after 11pm will be accepted.
On departure, please leave the apartment as you found it on arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure deadline.
